Shipping policy
HaughtDog Shipping Policy
HaughtDog works with third-party suppliers to ship products directly to you. Shipping availability, charges, processing times, and delivery estimates vary by product, supplier, and destination.
Shipping charges and destinations
Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout before you pay. Rates may differ between products and suppliers. We do not offer a storewide free-shipping guarantee or a storewide free-shipping threshold. Where a product-specific free-shipping option is available, it will be displayed at checkout.
Processing and delivery
Order processing and transit times are separate. Please review any product-specific delivery information before ordering. If an estimate is not listed, contact us before purchase. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and delays may occur due to supplier availability, carrier disruptions, customs, or holidays. Express shipping is available only when offered at checkout and does not eliminate order processing time.
Multiple shipments and tracking
Orders containing products from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages and at different times. Shipping charges may vary accordingly. When tracking information becomes available, we will provide it with your shipping confirmation.
Address issues, delays, and damaged packages
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Contact us promptly if you need an address correction; changes may not be possible after processing begins. If your shipment is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and, where relevant, photos of the item and packaging so we can investigate with the supplier or carrier.
International orders
International shipping is available only for destinations and products supported at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply. Review any amounts collected at checkout; additional charges may be payable to local authorities or carriers.
